Set along the banks of the Grand River in the small town of Cayuga sits a majestic century old mansion belonging to the historic Ruthven Park. Sitting on a sprawling 1500 acre property it boasts natural meadows, mature forests and a stunning stone carriage house that made for the perfect venue for this Vintage inspired elopement. Wrapped in love and full of smiles Joel and Malissa shared their day and each precious detail; all captured by the talented Ally Kristensen. From the finest hair accessories from Frilly Bits to the vintage gown from Maureen Patricia Bridal and of course make up from Sakura June. Each and every element of the day was perfection.
Gathering inspiration from the lush landscape and the raw strength of the aged buildings it was clear that vintage elegance was the order of the day. Artfully designed florals of pastel peach, blush and pink from Sue Gallo Designs accented every collection and complimented the spectacular hand painted stationary from Alicia’s Infinity. Vintage furniture pieces from our curated collection added the perfect foundation to the already beautiful surroundings while decadent sweets from Sweet Avenue Cakery provided a finishing touch. Such a wonderful day to share.
